EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF
INDIVIDUAL RESTORATION
Dr. Sarah Seung-McFarland is a licensed psychologist specializing in fashion and design psychology and serves as Executive Director of Individual Restoration for the Restorative Design Association. Drawing on nearly two decades of clinical experience in trauma and abuse, she explores how clothing and personal spaces can support identity, emotional well-being, and belonging. Her work combines psychological insight with practical recommendations to help people create wardrobes and environments that better reflect who they are and who they are becoming. Sarah holds a Ph.D. in counseling psychology, has additional training in design psychology and interior design, and is the founder of Trulery, a fashion and design psychology editorial and commerce platform.
